The old Project Board was the Partnership's executive
committee. It contained the following representatives: Niall Machin
(GLA - chair); Nick Radford (EN); Andy Tomczynski (Thames Water);
Alister Hayes (LB Bromley); Steve Gilbert (RSPB); Esther Collis
(Project Officer).
