James updated Ruth on recent progress. The following was agreed:

1. Action JF: Request comments on the consultation drafts from Communication Topic Group members.

Members to address communication objectives and actions specifically. Each member to consider a number of plans. Specific comments to be returned to Action Plan initial contact/lead, generic comments to be returned to JF and Chris Skinner for consideration.

2. Action JF: The Wildlife 2000 exit report would be placed on the London Biodiversity Partnership website by the end of the year.
