Grey Heron Day 2004

Saturday 27th, Sunday 28th of March and Sunday 4th of April

An opportunity to have a close up look at grey herons on the nest at a range of sites across London. At previous years' events people have witness the first flights of young birds in Battersea Park, while children in Regents park made heron masks and played the 'feed the heron' game. Sites to host this years' event include Regents park, Kelsey Park, Walthamstow Reservoirs and the Wetland Centre.
